We are seeking a skilled and experienced Middle Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management. This role requires a combination of strategic management and day-to-day HR operations to support our organization's growth and maintain a positive workplace culture.
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
2. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and conflict resolution.
4. Conduct performance reviews, develop performance improvement plans, and manage employee development programs.
5. Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to support decision-making processes.
6. Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational culture.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
3. Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
